month: integer 0–12; 0 is implementation, 1–12 are operating months.
cumulative_cash_cost_gbp: setup plus cash operating costs to this month.
cumulative_cash_benefit_gbp: avoided expenditure plus additional contribution to this month; collection timing assumed aligned.
cumulative_economic_cost_gbp: cash cost plus internal setup hours valued at GBP30/hour.
cumulative_economic_benefit_gbp: cash benefits plus residual capacity value, or negative time penalty.
